Speaking of new commanders, our tournament champion, Vaughn Santos, was literally a fresh recruit to the game! A veteran of other tabletop miniature games like Mech Warrior, Vaughn won all his three rounds wielding the power of Axis. The miniatures he used were loaned from Vic but his strategies and exploding rolls were all his!
Axis dominated this event, with Jojo, Raven, and Chard (another new recruit!) took the 2nd to 4th place, respectively.
My Allied brothers, Bin and Vic, weren't as fortunate as their Axis counterparts having to take on each other for the final round.
